Our Web Properties are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. If you are a California resident, you also have the right to request that we disclose to you the personal information we have collected from you, and you have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you. If you wish to make a request for disclosure to you of the personal information we have collected from you, or the deletion of the personal information we have collected from you, please submit a written request to the address below. In your request, please specify that you want a “CCPA Information Request,” specify whether you are requesting disclosure or deletion, or both, and include your full name, phone number, email address and residential address.
Upon receipt of a request with the necessary information from you, we will search our records to determine whether or not we have collected any of your personal information. If you request disclosure or deletion, or both, we will comply with your request. We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 days. If we need additional information to verify your identity, we will notify you. Please allow 45 days for a response. If we cannot comply with your request for any reason within that 45-day period, we will notify you.
